Autumn, (nicknamed Auto), is a reddish orange mustang with a black mane and tail. He was one of
eight that all came together to Masleña Sanctuary. He was born in 2021 and arrived at just three
months old. One of the horses he came with (Comanche) had a bad disease, (strangles/distemper)
and Auto was also infected with it. When he first got here he was extremely leery. After months of
nutritious food and kindness, Auto is enjoying the sanctuary with all of his friends. You can really see
the change in him and every day we are learning more about our new fellow. We can’t wait for him
to come out of his shell as we know he’ll be a wonderful boy! At present, Ashleigh and Auto are the
