Spur is a Black Jersey cow that came from Peralta, NM with 2 other Jersey’s. We named Copperhead and of course Jersey These 3 came from a dairy farm that sends the boys off to the meat men. We were lucky to get there in time to save these three, and as most people know its tough to not take them all.
